Experiencing Truth
Over 20 years of hiring, interviewing, failing, and teaching.
There’s no magic formula — just a story written in scars.
Real Mock Interviews
No scripts. No simulations.
Just real questions, real feedback, and the kind of pressure that gets you ready.
Interviews aren’t luck. They’re built.
Tailored feedback
Forget generic advice.
You’ll hear exactly what you need to improve — with clarity, context, and respect.
No ego bruising, no hit to your confidence. Just sharp, honest refinement.
About me
I’ve been a developer for over 20 years.
I’ve been through large projects, broken systems, stuck teams, and environments where no one knew what to do — until someone stepped up.
Today, besides writing code, I interview candidates, mentor professionals, and help those who are ready to take their careers seriously.
I don’t sell formulas. I don’t promise miracles.
What I do offer is clarity, real training, and an honest conversation about what’s getting in your way — and how to move past it.
If that’s what you’re looking for, we’ll get along just fine.
My method
No tricks. Just consistency.
My work is based on three simple pillars:
🔍 Actual diagnosis
Before I suggest anything, I understand your story, your moment and what's holding you back.
No guesswork. No judgment. Just analysis from someone who has seen a lot along the way.
🧠 Sharp feedback
You'll hear what you need, not what you'd like.
But you'll hear it with respect, context and strategy - because good criticism builds, not destroys.
🎤 Real training
Mock interviews, technical simulations, and hands-on preparation.
You’ll make mistakes in rehearsal — so you don’t freeze on stage.
It's not a formula, but it is a method.
It's not a miracle, but it works - because we work for it.
Track your results
Good mentoring doesn't end when the call is over.
You’ll leave with clear goals, defined next steps, and real tracking of your progress.
Whether you’re preparing for interviews, refining your positioning, or polishing your portfolio — every step forward becomes material for analysis.
You’ll know what’s improved, what’s still blocking you, and where to focus next.
No guesswork.
Just progress — as clear as a well-written piece of code.
Done improvising? Good. Let’s work.
Life is too short for a bad job.
If you've come this far, you may already know that you can't go on autopilot.
Careers are built with intention - and intention requires preparation.
The rest is just noise.
